Phil, Freeling: Service Rating: Excellent - 5 Stars

Rang Rob Barton one day to remove old antenna and upgrade to a new antenna as well as moving it to a new location on the roof. He just happened to be around the corner from us and came within minutes, gave us a quote, which I thought was fair and reasonable, gave the go ahead and he installed same day without any fuss. I found Rob to be very polite and courteous when he came to the door, got on with the job and was out within an hour. I would thoroughly recommend The Antenna Bloke to any of my friends.

Digital Antenna Installation - Barossa Valley - The Antenna Bloke

The Barossa Valley is such a beautiful place to live and I'm proud to call it home. In terms of tech, it has everything going for it especially with smart TVs becoming the feature in a lot of peoples homes. I have been servicing the Barossa for over ten years now and have maintained i high level of customer satisfaction.

The Antenna Bloke specialises in installing high quality digital antennas in the regional areas north of Adelaide including the Barossa Valley.

What is the antenna reception like in the Barossa Valley?

Antenna reception in the Barossa Valley is varied from place to place with each town having challenges from excellent reception to lower signal strengths in other parts. Angaston and Lyndoch for instance, have their own repeater as they are blocked from Mt Lofty, where Nuriootpa and Tanunda have good signal across the board (with a few exceptions in the lower parts). Williamstown to also being tucked away in the hills has generally good signal from Mt Lofty, but in most cases will require an amplifier to bring the antenna levels up to a stable signal.

What equipment do I need for quality TV antenna reception in the Barossa Valley?

There are two areas of exception within the Barossa Valley which require UHF only antennas and these are Angaston and Lyndoch. The rest of the Barossa needs a high quality fringe antenna and as a rule of thumb, any home with over four points will most likely need a booster (depending where you are located).

With both of these options, an inbuilt LTE filter into the antenna will help keep out interefence from the multiple mobile towers that are around the Barossa Valley region.

Is The Antenna Bloke a franchise?

No, The Antenna Bloke is run solely by Rob, a local installer based out of Nuriootpa. Rob has been installing and fixing digital tv antennas for over ten years now and will continue to offer the same level of customer service and professionalism for years to come.

The Antenna Bloke will come to your place in the Barossa Valley and set you up with a high quality antenna system specific for the Barossa Valley  that will give you the best quality picture for your TV viewing experience.

Once we have your system up and running in the Barossa Valley we won't just up and leave as a once off job, we will be available for you to speak with at anytime if you have any questions or problems that arise post antenna installation.
